Course Introduction

This Fellowship Course is carefully designed to provide a concise overview of the diverse treatment options and surgical procedures that pertain to ankle & hind foot disease states. Building upon the concepts explored in our Resident Course, this program aims to deepen your understanding and expertise in specific treatments for ankle and hindfoot conditions.

Throughout the course, we will delve into the various indications, set-up and hardware requirements, step-by-step procedure guidance, and post-operative protocols for each treatment option and surgical procedure. Students will take the Ankle & Hindfoot Procedures & Treatment Options Pre-test before beginning the course to test their current knowledge

1. Osteochondral Lesion of the Talus:

In this lesson you will learn about common indications for treating OLTs, goals to achieve desired outcome, general set-up and hardware required for the procedure, as well as procedure steps and post-op protocols.
2. Subtalar Fusion:
Duration: 00:07:00
In this lesson you will learn about common indications for subtalar fusions, goals to achieve desired outcome, general set-up and hardware required for the procedure, as well as procedure steps and post-op protocols. 

3. Talar Neck Fractures:

In this lesson you will learn about common indications for treating talar neck fractures, goals to achieve desired outcome, general set-up and hardware required for the procedure, as well as procedure steps and post-op protocols.

4. Triple Arthrodesis:

5. Tibiotalocalcaneal Fusion (Lateral Plate):

9. Forefoot-Hallux Valgus:

10. Broström Procedure:

11. Ankle Fusion:
